In partnership with Fostering Futures, the Foster Kids program is dedicated to ensuring children in the foster care system has access to the support, resources, and advocacy they need to thrive. Through wraparound services — including resource connection, mentorship, empowerment programming, and the Thrive Program.
Grounded in dignity, compassion, and a belief in every child's potential, the Foster Kids program builds a consistent, caring community so that no young person has to navigate their future alone.

In collaboration with Fostering Futures, Harmoni Horizons' Foster Kids program provides wraparound support that addresses the practical, emotional, and developmental needs of children and youth in — or transitioning out of — foster care. Grounded in dignity, compassion, and a belief in every child's potential, we build consistent, caring community so that no young person has to navigate their future alone.
